About Us

Port Macquarie Office, North Coast NSW

The Port Macquarie office of our mortgage broking business commenced in 2001, and has grown steadily since, as the right people have joined us. We are now one of the leading North Coast Mortgage Brokers, with 3 experienced, honest and professional Mortgage Brokers plus several experienced support staff and in late 2006 we changed our name to Professional Finance Mortgage Brokers (click on the name to see our new website) and also changed aggregators.

Our office is situated in the Peachtree Walk Arcade in the Port Macquarie, North Coast NSW and is open weekdays from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Our Lending Managers are available on their mobiles during and outside of these timeframes, generally 24/7, and service the area from Forster Tuncurry and Taree to Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. We have over 1,000 satisfied clients right across Australia, and over 75% of these have rated our service as excellent (surveys since May 2004).

Our members, whose clients we also service, include most of the major accounting firms, solicitors, real estate agents and builders in the Hastings area. We specialise in financing residential & commercial real estate purchases as well as refinances or debt consolidations.

We have the benefit of being part of a large, national firm, but the luxury of being able to operate an independent office.

Joined Lawfund at the outset as the Port Macquarie Mortgage Broker, after 20 years with Westpac. The last 12 years were in various personal and business lending roles in the Sydney CBD and Port Macquarie, with the last 6 years as the Business Banking Manager at Port Macquarie.

John has a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Banking & Finance) and an Accounting Certificate. He is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the MIAA and a Senior Associate with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Susan Adams
Home Loan & Business Finance, Mortgage Broker

Joined Lawfund in 2002, after 21 years in the finance industry, with State Bank of NSW, National Australia Bank and Westpac. Her roles included various personal and business lending roles, up to Branch Manager.

Susan is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the MIAA .

 

Donna Beazley
Home Loan & Business Finance, Morgage Broker

Joined Lawfund in 2004, after 17 years with Westpac. The last 10 years comprised various personal and business lending roles in the Central Coast, Newcastle and North Coast areas, the last 4 years as the Home Finance Manager at Port Macquarie and Tweed Heads.

Donna has a Graduate Certificate of Corporate Management, a Certificate in Financial Services issued by the Securities Institute, and is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the MIAA
